Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused tool in its original packaging, ensuring all nozzles, accessories, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
